To download offline registration form, click "Download Registration Form". This filled up form along with the attachments has to be physically submitted to Dayawati Modi Academy, Modipuram, Meerut Office along with registration fee of Rs.1200/-
You may submit registration form and pay registration fee online by filling up the following Online Registration Form. Online transaction charges (Max Rs.25) are additional & varies on the selected mode for payment. Please read the declaration carefully before proceeding for online registration.
Admission Test and Interview are organized for proper screening of the students. Both parents must accompany the child for interview and the written tests. Provisional admission in class XI should be taken in the 1st week of April on the basis of Pre Board result. Provisional admissions are finalized by producing self-attested Internet marksheet of class X Examination within 48 hrs. of result declaration
