This month was a dynamic period filled with academic achievements, heartfelt celebrations, and events that reflect our commitment to holistic education. A Message from the Principal
In her “Heart to Heart” message, Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Ritu Dewan extends her congratulations to the students, teachers, and parents for their collective efforts that led to laudable milestones. She gives special recognition to Prakriti Malik for becoming the second district topper, a true reflection of the institution’s spirit. Looking ahead to the summer break, Dr. Dewan encourages students to use the time to reconnect with themselves, nurture passions, and engage in creative, physical, and skill-enhancing activities.
A Record of Academic Excellence: CBSE Board Results 2025
This May Newsletter celebrates a legacy of academic success with the announcement of the All India Senior Secondary Central Board Result 2025 on May 13th. DMA is proud to share outstanding performances:
Class XII Results:
- Out of 343 students, 50 (14.5%) secured 90% and above, and 173 students (50.4%) earned distinctions.
- Prakriti Malik emerged as the school topper and secured the Second District Topper position with an incredible 99.2% in the Science stream.
- Vasu topped the Commerce stream with 98.8%.
- Sargam led the Humanities stream with 98.6%.
- A remarkable 68 students achieved a perfect score of 100 in various subjects.
Class X Results (AISSE 2025):
- All 276 students who appeared passed with flying colors.
- Shoney Mehta secured the top position with 99.2%.
- Arnav Chaudhary stood second with 98.2%.
- An impressive 79 students (28.6%) scored 91% and above.
Campus Events and Celebrations
Honoring Our Community and Heroes:
- Support Staff Day: On May 1st, the academy celebrated its “unsung heroes” with heartfelt gratitude. The day included a special assembly, musical tributes, and performances by students. Each staff member was presented with a gift hamper, followed by a lunch served by the students.
- Kranti Diwas: Commemorated on May 8th, the event honored the sacrifices of India’s freedom fighters with patriotic fervor. Students from Patel House organized a program that included poems, speeches, and a powerful skit depicting India’s struggle for independence. The Primary Wing also held a role-play competition where students portrayed iconic national heroes.
Cultural and Artistic Showcases: The month was rich with artistic expression, featuring an Inter-House Solo Singing and Dance Competition on May 4th, where students showcased a diverse range of talents. A Hindi Poem Recitation Competition on May 20th celebrated the beauty of Hindi literature, with students performing both classical and contemporary poetry. The Primary Wing also held a special assembly to commemorate the birth anniversary of Gurudev Rabindranath Tagore, paying tribute to his contributions through poems, songs, and dramatizations.
Celebrating Family and Innovation:
- Mother’s Day: The Primary Wing observed Mother’s Day on May 9th with grade-specific activities, including crafting greeting cards, medals, and photo frames. A larger celebration was held on May 17th, featuring student performances, a Talent Hunt for mothers, and engaging games.
- International Family Day: Celebrated on May 15th, an assembly emphasized the vital role of families in nurturing compassionate societies through speeches, poems, a skit, and a dance performance.
- National Technology Day: On May 9th, the Senior Wing fostered technological literacy with student-led presentations on topics like Climate Change, Genetic Engineering, and Deep Learning, alongside an exhibition of innovative science models.
Community Outreach: As part of the PM SHRI Yojana initiative on May 15th, students from the Primary Wing visited a Government School in Dulhera to foster inclusive learning and community bonds through interactive sessions and donations of teaching aids and sports equipment.
A Special Spiritual Event
On May 31st, DMA hosted a spiritually enriching Ramcharitmanas Distribution Ceremony. The event was graced by the esteemed chief guest, Shri Arun Govil Ji, Honourable Member of Parliament, Meerut-Hapur Lok Sabha. As part of the “Ghar Ghar Ramayan” campaign, Shri Arun Govil Ji distributed copies of the Ramcharitmanas and felicitated the Class 10 and 12 toppers. In his address, he emphasized the timeless relevance of Lord Ram’s ideals of truth, humility, and discipline.
