Dayawati Modi Academy pays its deepest tribute to Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar on his 135th Jayanti, celebrated on 14th April 2026. Dr. Ambedkar — lovingly known as Babasaheb — is revered as the principal architect of the Indian Constitution, a towering champion of social equality, and an enduring symbol of resilience and intellectual courage.
The school will organise a special morning assembly featuring student speeches, readings from Dr. Ambedkar’s writings, and a documentary screening on his life and legacy. Students across all classes will participate in essay writing, slogan competitions, and art activities inspired by his teachings on justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity.
At DMA, we believe that understanding the values Dr. Ambedkar stood for is essential for shaping informed, empathetic, and socially aware citizens. His life’s work continues to inspire our commitment to an inclusive, equitable, and progressive educational environment for every child.
